Menu suggestions for groups

Grand Café D'n Ingel has special menu deals available for groups or bookings for 10 or more people. You can choose between three different price categories. After choosing a category, you can ask your group members to make a selection from the available items. Please let us know in advance how many of which items your group has selected.

Of course, we can also prepare a group menu tailored to your specific wishes.

These menus are not available à la carte.

Menu 1

Starters

French onion soup with cheese croutons

Ingel salad: delicious salad with crispy fried bacon, onions and mushrooms , served with a balsamic dressing

Limburg Guinea fowl fillet, stuffed with a tapenade of truffle, served with a poultry gravy

Oven-baked fillet of Norwegian salmon, served with a white wine and fennel sauce

Eton Mess: Red fruits, meringue and vanilla ice cream

Fresh salad with red mullet fillet, saffron cream and baked scampi, garnished with garlic croutons

Beef carpaccio with truffle cream, Parmesan and rocket salad and pine nuts

Fresh salad of Saint-Loup goat’s cheese and roasted beetroot with creamed horseradish
